Real-estate Development/ Concept design

Consultation and review of the concept design:

  • focus on the target group/ final user (UX),
  • review of spatial requirements of defined functions,
  • review of spatial effectivity and its potential monetisation,
  • project budget and project sustainability considered carefully,
  • related data deployed,
  • architectural solutions or possible alternatives proposed.

Preparation and editing of documents within the field of architecture, design, construction and real-estate development:
